TERMS & CONDITIONS

Exhibit Dimensions
Exhibitors will be provided with an 8’ x 10’ booth area with one 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs and electricity (if requested).  Access to an electrical outlet must be requested. 

Set Up and Break Down of Exhibits - November 13, 2013
Set up:  6:45 AM – 8:15 AM
Exhibit times:  8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Break down:  7:00 PM

Registration Deadline
Space is limited, please complete and submit your registration form no later than November 1, 2013. 

Payment Policy
All payments must be submitted no later than November 1, 2013 by check to NY-BEST, 1450 Western Ave., Suite 101 Albany, NY 12203 or by credit card

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to info@ny-best.org.  No refunds will be made after October 30, 2013. 

Expo Shipments
If you’re planning on shipping exhibit materials to and from the conference hotel please ship to your name and company care of NY-BEST Exhibit Show/Lindsay Leffingwell 125 East Main Street Rochester, NY 14604 to be delivered before November 12, 2013. Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping costs.
