Victoria Carey, Senior Consultant, and Davion Hill, Energy Storage Lead North America, DNV GL 

Victoria Carey is a Senior Consultant at DNV GL, serving as the Team Lead for Energy Storage Technical Due Diligence in the US. She has more than seven years of experience in the energy industry at DNV GL, focused for three years on energy storage equipment and controls diligence and risk analysis. To date, she has reviewed the performance, safety, and warranties for more than 30 energy storage system product lines’ hardware and controls, as well as executing independent engineering review for installations of such products. Additionally, since early 2017, Ms. Carey has conducted standards and safety consulting, research, and risk analysis for manufacturers, developers, utilities, and regulatory agencies, notably working with New York City agencies developing permitting requirements for energy storage systems under a NYSERDA initiative. Ms. Carey earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
