New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code: 2019 Energy Storage System Supplement
As we informed NY-BEST members this summer, on July 1, 2019, the NYS Department of State (DOS) adopted, as an emergency rule, an “Energy Storage Systems” supplement to the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building code. As an emergency rule, the rule was effective for 90 days.
